Job Type: Full Time
This position is responsible for all duties assigned to Customer Service Rep such as addresses higher level non-routine customer issues and requests, assist in evaluating product needs and market trends, and developing and implementing appropriate marketing and sales strategies to maximize sales profit.
Duties and responsibilities:
Maintains expert level knowledge of our product line and educate customers about our products.
Prospects new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
Follows up with potential clients via phone, email, and SMS
Relays customers’ feedbacks to the CEO or sales manager
Identifies new markets and the need for new products and assists in developing and implementing new sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborates with sales teams to maximize sales profit
Assists in developing the product portfolio and its availability to the customers.
Produces and distributes product marketing materials to clients.
Maintains sales volume, products, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand and trends.
Attends sales and company required meetings
Tracks and evaluates sales team performance and profit and assist in developing plans address performance gaps.
Assists the Sales & marketing manager in assists in developing sales plan, targets, and/or goals.
Continually develops knowledge of the business climate and competitions.
Continually assesses current business distribution channels, evaluate performance, and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
Prepares reports as needed and required.
Other duties as assigned.
Prior sales experience in pharmaceutical and food facilities, or other related fields is preferred.
Detail oriented, proactive, customer focused, and strong decision making
Great communication skills (written and oral) in English and Chinese
Good customer service/sales skills
Ability to train new and existing sales representatives
Ability to prepare, analyze, and understand data
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
Knowledge of nutraceutical and herbal medicine is a plus
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
