Descriptions:
Manufacturing operator is responsible for routine set-up, operation, adjustment, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, keeps track of batch documentation according to cGMP regulations, and consequently ensure ensures the production of quality product.
Duties and responsibilities:
Properly sets-up, operates, and maintains manufacturing machinery and equipment, such as blenders, capsule filling, sachet packaging, tablet compression, and coating machines, etc.
Monitor manufacturing process constantly to ensure product is processed according to company standards.
Identifies and prepare all raw material according to documentation.
Ensures proper cleanliness and assembly of all manufacturing equipment per directions.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
Ensures accurate and timely completion of all equipment logs and other production related documents.
Disassembles, cleans, reassembles, and prepares equipment between product or batch changes.
Adheres to safety policies and follows cGMP, SOPs, and OSHA procedures
Cooperates with team members to fulfill daily production output.
Other duties and responsibilities that are assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
High School diploma or general education degree
Experience in GMP environment (Preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry) is preferred.
Able to read/write/comprehend simple instructions and machine displayed information.
Able to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure.
Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift loads up to 50lbs.
Strong work ethic, good teamwork, and willingness to learn new knowledge.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft office.
Ability to communicate in a proactive and solution-focused manner, including notifying management of potential issues.
Ability to effectively organize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
